Based as I know, Windows 365 is a loud PC used to provide a Windows desktop environment to end users. We can choose the windows version when set image type:

For the Windows 365 cloud PC, you can use command "winver" to double confirm what version is on it. If it is not windows 10 and you want to change to it, you can try the "Reset" action to reinstall windows. Here is a link for your reference:
