Can I change my system from Windows 365 to Windows 10

Question

I currently have Windows 365 but need Windows 10. Is that something that I can do without messing up my current files and such? I am not very good with computers.

Based as I know, Windows 365 is a loud PC used to provide a Windows desktop environment to end users. We can choose the windows version when set image type:

For the Windows 365 cloud PC, you can use command "winver" to double confirm what version is on it. If it is not windows 10 and you want to change to it, you can try the "Reset" action to reinstall windows. Here is a link for your reference:

Hello there,

Customers can't change their existing subscriptions between Windows 365 editions while retaining their data on the service. To change to a different edition, contact your Microsoft account manager to purchase a new subscription.

Customers who have qualifying Microsoft 365 licenses don't need any additional licenses to access Windows 11 Pro or Windows 10 Enterprise or Microsoft Intune with Windows 365 Enterprise.

When a subscription is canceled, all associated data will be deleted
