when trying to sign-up at free azure for students I get this error message " Your account must be in good standing to sign up " , why I get this error and how I can solve it please ?

    If yes, can you share which plan? Start with $100 credit or No credit card required?

    It looks like an issue that can be solved by creating a support request to the Billing team.
