Visual Studio 2019 Splash Screen Appearing on Secondary Monitor

I'm currently using Microsoft Visual Studio Community Edition 2019 ver. 16.11.21 in conjunction with the Unity Game Engine. I started using with my laptop hooked into a monitor with the monitor as my main screen. One time, I had to bring my laptop so I had to use its monitor instead. When I returned to my dual monitor setup, the splash screen of Visual Studio is still showing on my laptop monitor even though it is NOT the main monitor. Any suggestions on how to show the splash screen on the right monitor? Thanks in advance.

    Please try updating your VS2019 to the latest version and restart your Visual Studio. And check if it shows on your main monitor.
