Can I apply addional time for AZ-900 exam if I choose it in English but English is not my native language?

Hi, am I eligible to apply for the additional 30 minutes for exam if I choose English for the exam but my native language is non-English? My native language is on the available exam language list. The only reason to do this is, I learned the AZ fundamental in English, so I prefer to take the exam in the same language. However, since my native language is non-English, my understanding speed of the questions will be slower compared with a native-English speaker.

    Microsoft Certification exams are available in several languages. However, candidates who must take the exam in English rather than in their native language can request an accommodation for additional time. Approval for extra time is provided on a case-by-case basis and needs to be requested in advance of the exam. This should be requested through the accommodations process.
