How can I disable "Page Color" button ?

Hello,
I want to disable "Page Color" button for all Outlook 365 (Web & Desktop app) users.
Can it be done through from GPO or Outlook Admin panel ?

    According to my search, via GPO you can disable commands by their IDs. You can look them up here:

    Control name: PageColorPicker

    Policy ID: 13927
