Hello,
I want to disable "Page Color" button for all Outlook 365 (Web & Desktop app) users.
Can it be done through from GPO or Outlook Admin panel ?

According to my search, via GPO you can disable commands by their IDs. You can look them up here:

Policy ID: 13927

Problem solved.
I have downloaded the ADMX/ADML files for Active Directory.
Then applied the policy on User Configuration (not Computer Configuration) because i did not see the options there.
