Windows 11 22H2 deployment with SCCM cannot install optional features

Once we have deployed Windows 11 22h2 with SCCM you can login on the computer and install option features like the RSAT tools, but once the computer is rebooted you cannot install any optional features.

    HI this does not work, we have even installed a computer yesterday manually with Windows 11 22h2.5 the latest version available. Once you have joined it to the domain you can install optional features but after 1 day and a couple of reboots it fails with error code 0x80070003.
