Enable app catalog on site collection on SP2019 onpremises?

Hello All,

can we enable app catalog in a specific Site Collection on SharePoint 2019 OnPremises?

    A short answer, enabling App Catalog only for a specific site collection is not available. The App Catalog site is a special site collection. Because an App Catalog is scoped to a web application, all apps that you want to make available for a web application have to be in the App Catalog site collection for that web application.
