Hi,

our Windows server 2019 administrator account is shown the locked due "the user account has been locked due to many login attempt or password changes. Kindly contact your administrator or technical support."

Kindly help us to fix it ASAP.

Please wait for some time may be 30 minutes and it should be unlocked automatically if you have Account unlock policy in AD.
Please try to find any other Admin account in your AD so that you can login and Unlock or reset password.
