Hello I have been searching around the documentation of Azure Cost and Usage Management APIs because I need to create a cost and usage report in my local database getting the data from an API. Finally, I have came to the conclusion that this API(https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/cost-management/generate-cost-details-report/create-operation?tabs=HTTP) is like the latest version or the updated version of this other one https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/consumption/usage-details/list?tabs=HTTP. Am I right about this?

Yes you are right and the url https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/cost-management/generate-cost-details-report/create-operation?tabs=HTTP is the latest and should be used
But this API is not available in the Microsoft API tab when I'm creating the permissions
