Microsoft Authenticator Sign-in to process the backup every few days

Question

Hi, every few days Microsoft Authenticator shows a red dot on the menu button and prompts to log in to create the backup. If I click on the message and select "Sign in" in the next message, the backup is processed (without any sign-in dialog) and the red dot disappears for a few days. But only for a few days. How can I prevent this from repeating every few days?

The battery optimization is disabled. I use my personal Microsoft Account to backup on Microsoft.

The backup can be out-of-date. But why it happens every few days?
