like button for specific content in Sharepoint

Hello, I am a very new developer, may I kindly ask for some assistance with the following? Is it possible to add a like and comment feature to specific content using SPFx? If so, does anyone have an example of the best way to do this? If not in this way, how else would this be possible? Or, is there an existing plugin available?

PnP open-source projects offer a sample web part "Advanced Comments Box" that provided comment feature. You can make a reference.

And here is a nice article you can configure this comment box for every section. This sample is modified from the Advance Comments Box above.
