Cant Export to PDF in Microsoft Teams Approvals app even after everyone approved.

I have requested approval from collagues and even when everyone approved the request, the Approval app is on showing Cancel and Process buttons ... not the usual Export to PDF button

Does anyone else have the same problem in your organization?
Do you have the same problem when you use the Teams web client?
I did a test that didn't reproduce the issue. When the requests are approved, the option to save as PDF appears in the lower right corner.
