My outlook selectively auto deletes meeting invites and random emails from various people. This is very annoying as some emails are from important clients and I have to constantly monitor the deleted items box....

I have no rules in place...I am considering manually making new rules to auto move emails from important clients to auto forward back into inbox as there is not other solution I have found

Under options>mail>tracking the ONLY box checked off is "ask each time whether to send a read receipt" and "automatically update original sent item with receipt information"

Under options>mail>conversation clean up all boxes are checked off besides "when cleaning sub-folders, recreate the folder hierarchy in the destination folder"

Does anybody have any suggestions other than resetting my settings to default?

    Hi @Albert Ngo ,

    Welcome to our forum!

My outlook selectively auto deletes meeting invites and random emails from various people.

Does this issue occur in Web Mail?

And does this issue occur recently? If so, have you done any specific operations before that?

In addition, do other users in your organization encounter the same issue?

As i know, when you enable Auto Accept/Deline option, the issue may occur. Please check the below options are enabled via File>Options>Calendar>Automatic accept or decline>Auto Accept/Deline:

    11

If the options are not enabled, please provide more information about your issue, as i mentioned in the beginning of the reply.
