Pastas Server 2012 compartilhadas na rede fechando sozinha

Pessoal bom dia, estou com um problema a meses, as pastas criadas no Server 2012 mapeadas na rede, estao fechando sozinha no Windows 10 , Quando abro uma dessas pastas mapeadas em um notebook/desktop, depois de algum tempo ela acaba fechando, travando qualquer documento que esteja aberto.

Alguém consegue me ajudar com esse problema ?

    Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to Folders are closing.

    1. Please Full scan the Shared folders with Antivirus
    2. Cleanup below Temp folders location -> Open Start -> Run -> Type below location one-by-one and press enter C:\Windows\Temp %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp
    3. Run Disk Cleanup from Select C:\ Drive from Properties- > General -> Disk Cleanup - >Cleanup system files
    4. Run sfc /scannow from elevated prompt.
    5. Run below DISM commands from elevated prompt.

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    1. Please try to remove Mapping and add it again with new or different drive letter.
