Endpoint Registration Error in File Sync Server

After several attempts to register an endpoint via Azure File Sync Server, I always get the same error.

Register-AzStorageSyncServer -ResourceGroupName "NR-v1PRD" -StorageSyncServiceName "filesyncservernrbr02"

This error indicates that the Azure File Sync service is unable to communicate with the Azure Storage service. This can happen if the Azure File Sync service is unable to authenticate with the Azure Storage service. To troubleshoot this issue, check the following:

1. Verify that the Azure File Sync service is registered with Azure Active Directory (AAD) and has the correct permissions to access the Azure Storage service.
2. Check the Azure File Sync service and Azure Storage service connection strings to ensure they are correct and have the correct permissions.
3. Check the Azure File Sync service and Azure Storage service logs for any errors or warnings that may indicate a problem with the connection.
4. If the issue persists, try restarting the Azure File Sync service and Azure Storage service to see if that resolves the issue.
