@Deivid Herley Feitosa Rocha Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A. I understand that you are having issues registering your endpoint via File Sync Server and see the error message- azstoragesyncserver exception from HRESULT 0x80C8004F
This error indicates that the Azure File Sync service is unable to communicate with the Azure Storage service. This can happen if the Azure File Sync service is unable to authenticate with the Azure Storage service. To troubleshoot this issue, check the following:
- Verify that the Azure File Sync service is registered with Azure Active Directory (AAD) and has the correct permissions to access the Azure Storage service.
- Check the Azure File Sync service and Azure Storage service connection strings to ensure they are correct and have the correct permissions.
- Check the Azure File Sync service and Azure Storage service logs for any errors or warnings that may indicate a problem with the connection.
- If the issue persists, try restarting the Azure File Sync service and Azure Storage service to see if that resolves the issue.
If the issue persists, please do let me know and I will be glad to assist further. Thank you!
