Every single Process ID when running "mdatp diagnostic real-time-protection-statistics --output json | python high_cpu_parser.py" is returning as NONE. Why is this?

It might also be permissions-related if you are running as a regular user. At first glance this sounds like more of a linux issue potentially than something Azure-related.
