Get VM powerstate through resource graph api
Hi, i'm trying to get the powerstate of a vm through the resource graph api inside of a logic apps workflow, but i dont know how can i authorize the http request. I understand that i can authenticate the request through a managed identity but i want to do this petition to multiple azure accounts, so i wanted to know if there is another way to do that request aside from using a managed identity.
Hello, @Benjamin Patricio Lopez Cortes - Just to confirm:
- Your Logic Apps workflow queries (over the underlying HTTP request) Resource Graph API such that it fetches the power state data (creating, starting, running, etc) of the VMs on the same tenant that your Logic Apps is on.
- When querying, your Logic Apps authenticates with Resource Graph API using its Managed Identity.
- You now want to expand its scope such that your Logic Apps will perform the same operation across VMs on other Azure tenants?
Is the above correct?
