How to recover a deleted Azure Postgresql server?

Hello.

About 2 days ago we deleted an Azure Postgresql server by mistake, not remembering tat it was used by a legacy service that we have.

Is there a way to recover that server? I today already followed the steps in the support guide by sending an HTTP request with the server ID and time of deletion, but the server does not appear on the list of servers.

Is there a mail contact where I can post my question directly to Support?

TechOps Team rdcosta If you are using Azure PostgreSQL single server, please follow the instructions listed here: Restore a dropped Azure Database for PostgreSQL server | Microsoft Docs to recover the deleted single PostgreSQL server.

Please note that you can only restore a server within five days of deletion. If you're trying to restore a server after five days, an error is expected since the backup file cannot be found. In this scenario, you cannot open a support ticket for assistance.

If it is for an Azure PostgreSQL flexible server it's not possible, you will need to file a support ticket for our team to recover from the backend.

Hi and thanks for the reply.

The server is a single server. I already follow the guide, but it has been almost 12 hours and the server does not appear on the list. The code when making the HTTP request was a 202 successful.

I don,t know if the recover failed or if it is on progress.

The above recommended steps can be followed to recover a dropped PostgreSQL server resource within five days from the time of server deletion. The recommended steps will work only if the backup for the server is still available and not deleted from the system.

Please note that if you're trying to restore a server within five days, and still receive an error after accurately following the steps discussed earlier, open a support incident for assistance.

Hi.

The deletion was made 3 days ago, so it must be in yout servers yet. The support page only shows me the steps that you recommended, but i need to speak to someone directly. Is there any contact that I could use for that?
