Does the roaming folder would be lock or delete by OS when domain user login another PC?

Our App save same runtime data to C:\Users*MyUserName*\AppData\Roaming

it's work well most time, but sometimes would cause to crash in fwrite when operate files under Roaming folder, Not always one file . We have checked all code logic . fwrite would cashed after fopen succeed.

Now we found that Roaming folder would be synchronize with different PC when use same domain account. Does there exist any possible that the roaming folder would be locked or deleted by OS when domain user login another PC?

Instead, the files in the roaming folder are synchronized across all computers that the user logs into, so that the user has the same files and settings on each computer.
