Unidentified Network issue when static ip configuration but Internet access normal

Question

Hi Microsoft engineers
On win10 Enterprise LTSC 21H2 I have met a network problem , only enable the Wired LAN adapter,when Statically configured network with the same valid network configuration from dhcp, 
the PC normal access to the Internet,but the network Connectivity Status Indicato abnormal, showing Unidentified Network, this lead to some LAN access problem 
how to solve Unidentified Network issue when static ip configuration but Internet access normal ,even disable and reenable the network adapter or reboot can not solve Unidentified Network. 
Any help will be great, thanks.

Hello, check the settings on the router, most likely the dhcp service settings are configured incorrectly

Hello,

Since the access is correct, most lilkey there is something filtering the communication that prevents the network from being identified. Usually Firewall, Antivirus programs have this effect.

I will recommend you to run a Clean Boot in order to discard or confirm that is being affected by a 3rd Party application:
