i am new to auzre. ¿is there a free cost etl? the bbdd is a microsoft sql server.

If you are using Microsoft SQL Server, you add to the SQL Server instance a feature named SQL Server Integration Services where you can create ETL packages with no additional cost. You can find here a tutorial.
