    Hi

you can ask your tenant admin to reset your MFA methods in order to set this up again.

If you are the tenant admin and have lost access to your subscription, your best option to contact support using your local number listed on this page:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2

You'll need to provide proof that you are the subscription owner.

    Hope this helps,

    Thanks

@Alex Salome Pastrana Just checking in to see if above information was helpful. If you have any further updates on this issue, please feel free to post back.

If the issue still persists, you can contact your Global Administrator of the tenant to issue Temporary Access Pass (TAP).

A Temporary Access Pass makes recovery easier when a user has lost or forgotten their strong authentication factor like a FIDO2 security key or Microsoft Authenticator app, but needs to sign in to register new strong authentication methods.

Also you can refer to this article for the actions to take whenever device is lost or stolen.

Let me know if you have any further questions, feel free to post back.
