Renaming blob functionality in storage - now missing

Question

I was uploading png files to a folder in a blob container. (I hope this is the right terminology). Sometimes I would rename some of the images to test my software - but now the option to rename (after selecting the checkbox obviously) is now missing. This is so odd. How do I get back to renaming these?

Renaming functionality is only available in Data Lake Gen 2 Storage (Hierarchical Namespace)

I assume you might be checking in GPV2 storage or Blob storage as we don't have folder or file rename option in GPV2 Storage account.

For GPV2 Storage account with Hierarchal Namespace enabled.

For GPV2 Storage account with Hierarchal Namespace disabled.
