Exchange 2016 ask for password when users first use Outlook

Thanks in advance.

My organization is currently using Exchange 2010 (on a domain controller, Win2012). We just built an Exchange 2016 on a new DC, Win2016 (holding master AD roles). I created a test mailbox on the new exchange, but when this user tries to open Outlook (2016 or 2019) at the FIRST time (when it tries to creating the Outlook profile), it will pop up a box asking for the password. Once I input the password, it works fine and it will not happen when I re-open Outlook. This hasn't happened on the current Exchange 2010.

Does anyone know the reason? Thanks.
