Issues with the Azure Cloud Subscription

I am a Project Manager for Scipher Medicine. We recently purchased the company CrossBridge. CrossBridge had an Azure subscription. We noticed today that the subscription is no longer active. Can someone help us understand why we can't access our Azure Cloud Instance

    (If above did not help) If you have Admin access to the CrossBridge tenant than you should reach out to Azure Billing Support:

    https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket

    If you do not have Admin access, have an Admin from the tenant add you as an Owner of the subscription so you can log a ticket with Billing.
