(If above did not help) If you have Admin access to the CrossBridge tenant than you should reach out to Azure Billing Support:
https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket
If you do not have Admin access, have an Admin from the tenant add you as an Owner of the subscription so you can log a ticket with Billing.
