Using Microsoft Remote Desktop ver 1.2.3770. on Windows 10 Machine. When connecting to AVD remote app from a surface notebook, the C drive is redirected. When attempting to save to local redirected C: Drive, I receive the error:

\tsclient\C\Media Test 4.pdf

You don't have permission to save in this location

Contact the administrator to obtain permission

The surface laptop has bitlocker enabled on the c drive so not sure if this is interfering with saving from AVD Remote App session to local c drive.

Any help troubleshooting is appreciated.

    Hello @Ben-8350

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A platform. Happy to answer your question.

by default, access to the root of your internal drives is restricted (NFTFSpermissions) Try making a subfolder and save files within that folder.

    Hope this helps!
