I apologize if this has already been answered, but my team has been looking for weeks and we haven't found an answer that works.
We recently started using AAD to manage our Office 365 apps. A few of our users (maybe a dozen of a few hundred) have had an issue where they will no longer be able to use their installed Office 365 apps. We do use MFA. It appears to be an authentication failure that causes the app to be unable to communicate with the server. If we open the exact same web app (Outlook, Teams, etc.) it works fine. We suspect a corrupt authentication token, but have no idea where it is located in the registry. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as we are at a loss.
