when trying to block domains and email address in 365 Admin Portal, receiving the following error- Client Error- The operation could not be completed. Please try again later. Microsoft has been made aware of this issue.

what causes this? and how can it be resolved.

    Same exact issue, multiple global admins, multiple locations, multiple devices, multiple browsers... yet MS support refuses to escalate to the team the error says was notified. Absolute incompetence over there the past few years, pushing out untested updates and breaking things that worked perfectly fine, then refusing to acknowledge there's an issue...
