Same exact issue, multiple global admins, multiple locations, multiple devices, multiple browsers... yet MS support refuses to escalate to the team the error says was notified. Absolute incompetence over there the past few years, pushing out untested updates and breaking things that worked perfectly fine, then refusing to acknowledge there's an issue...
