How to disable downloads tab in Outlook app

Can anyone advise how to remove the below tab from my outlook app?

It doesn't format properly when I have two screens up and is causing me alot of annoying issues. Download tab

Any help is much appreciated!

    This still isn't resolved. Hoping for support to give a solution. I am on outlook 1.2025.930.100 in Windows 11 and its super annoying. The Downloads setting is no longer available in this version of outlook. Please solve.

    According to your description, i noticed that you don't want the download menu to pop up when you click to download the file, right? If so, please kindly understand that the Outlook tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client. I will provide some suggestions based on my experience, if the following does not help, it's recommended that you could contact the relevant technical support of the browser. Please follow the following steps:

    1.Click on the "..." option at the top right of the download menu > click Downloads settings.

    2.Then disable the Show downloads menu when a download starts option.
