Hi @Rick Hantz
I added my new license key and my account shows it active for another year.
Could you please tell us the subscription product that new license key corresponds to?
- For personal Microsoft account, you can go to https://account.microsoft.com/services to have a check.
- For work or school account, you can go to https://portal.office.com/account/?ref=MeControl#subscriptions to check the licensed subscription.
Besides, please make sure the license key apply to your Microsoft 365 Apps version.
Then I suggest you go to Windows settings > Accounts > Access work or school > Disable the work or school account.
If the steps above do not work, it's recommended to reset Microsoft 365 Apps activation state.
- Please download the OLicenseCleanup.zip file, extract the OLicenseCleanup.vbs script, and run it using elevated permissions. This script can remove previous licenses and cached account information.
- Then try to re-activate your Microsoft 365 Apps.
Here is a link, you may have a look: 'Account or subscription verification errors activating Microsoft 365 Apps'.
