Hi, I am trying to use office add-in store in office 365 Powerpoint

However, it returned

"Sorry, Office 365 has been configured to prevent individual acquisition of Office Store Add-ins"

As a IT admin I have tried changing the setting of "User owned apps and services" like below image.

and reboot few times after changing it.

And nothing has change.

User's image

I have heard that it may related to the azure AD's Policy and yet I can't find any useful information of it,

Wondering is there anyone can share their experience of fixing it or any information ?

love you guys.

    Hi @Tung Yeung

Do other users in this organization encounter the same issue?

Please make sure you are using Windows admin profiles.

Then I suggest you sign out Work or School account from Office apps, and then re-sign into the account to have a check.

Since I mainly deal with issues related to Office clients, issues about Azure AD's Policy require you to wait patiently for a response from the Azure AD team. Thanks for your understanding.
