What is unit of measure or meaning of Azure Usage in the emission report?

Hi, I read in the Microsoft Emission Impact Dashboard, there is a metric named Azure Usage. What does it represent? e.g. GBsec, or others? I want to know the physical meaning. thanks. User's image

    These are usage hours based on a sum of your company’s compute, storage, and data transfer in the Microsoft cloud. Usage for emissions calculations may or may not equal your Microsoft usage for billing purposes. Please see this link for details -
