Unable to find Azure App service after deploy

After deploying my app and creating an app service through Visual Studio 2022 I am unable to find and delete my App Service.

it is connected through the publish profile, which is the only location where I can access my app service:

going into Azure, my app service is nowhere to be found.

This issue is similar to:

which has no general resolution...

I tried fixing the issue by migrating the app to another subscription i have, now its impossible to find the app service again and the domain is "taken". When i go into the app service through the publish profile, this is what i see:

I checked the error details, and it tell us the APIM resource FaID not found. Could you search this resource by the Resource ID.

By the way, we don't now how you create the app service (create a new one when deploy it) and APIM, we need the steps about the issue. So we could help you better.

In addition to what was mentioned above, I would suggest checking the deployment order. Often times, a resource may not deploy due to a dependent resource failing to deploy.
