Is there any risks?

I want to modify the TEMP and TMP in the figure above and the figure below, want to move the system cache position to another hard disk. Can I modify the path line directly?

I really want to do this, especially the %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp position, if there is a risk, tell me, more specifically, do I need to do anything else? I want a 200% affirmative answer.

Absolutely shouldn't be a problem. What you have highlighted will only apply to that specific user. Might just as well do TMP as well. TEMP and TMP are both just different alias variables pointing to the same location.
