I am standing at a scenario for finding Enterprise applications which is created by my team members along with created on. unfortunately, I haven't found a filter for Created by. Now my question is is azure providing created by feature? if no, are you planning to implement created by filter on future updates. Please clarify?

No, you cannot filter by who created the application as this is not recorded. You can filter by the owner, which is often the person who created it, but not always.
