Signing to azure and activating learn sandbox

please help

I have a problem adding my credit card to azure account

the error that I get is : Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card.

however My info are correct

I tried to use sandbox in Microsoft learn to do some exercises related to this module : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/describe-core-architectural-components-of-azure/

it gives me a timing of 1 minute remaining I'm unable to practice at all coz it works for a minute and stops
