Unable to connect to sendGrid

Hi Team ,

Recently I have created sendgrid account but Im unable to access it . Its showing

Single Sign-On failed

Sorry, we are having trouble signing you into Twilio SendGrid. Please try signing in again through your organization. If the failure persists, please contact Twilio Sendgrid Support.

SOmetimes its asking for username password , During the creation it was asked neither .

I have contributor access on my client email ID and with that access I have created sendgrid , I dont have mailbox configured for my client email ID .

can you please help me on this?
