Recently I have created sendgrid account but Im unable to access it . Its showing
Single Sign-On failed

SOmetimes its asking for username password , During the creation it was asked neither .
I have contributor access on my client email ID and with that access I have created sendgrid , I dont have mailbox configured for my client email ID .
can you please help me on this?
