    @Candace Marzec , Thanks for using Microsoft Q&A Platform.

    I'm assuming there might be an error in creating/using the fields.json file while training the model. Also, please explain how you are training the model, as your screenshot shows that some recent models were successfully trained while others were not. Please help me in understanding more of your issue.

    Try navigating to: Azure Portal-> Storage accounts->Blob container->Training data

    Please check whether the labels.json and ocr.json files are created for each training document, as I mentioned in my screenshot. At last, you should see a file called fields.json, which contains all of the fields that were created for your model.
