WIN+R,Eenter the SSI link without redirecting the remote desktop

WIN+r,Enter the remote access link, normally whether browser, running, or file explorer can access the link and call the local remote desktop service to use, but I encountered the following problem:

The first line is problematic,that is “A new app is required to open this SSI link”

The second line is normal, type the ssi link to call Windows Remote Desktop Services directly

Q: What would be so? How to solve it?
