Hi community!

Did anyone have issues with Subscription disablement after connecting Microsoft for Startups sponsorship subscription?

We have been accepted into Microsoft for Startups and then set up an account on which we built a range of services in trial mode until fully activating the credits. Few hours later all subscriptions were deactivated and we lost access to all resources we had built.
For a small startup devastating as the related developer cost is providing problems plus we lost important time with our live platform deployment.

Contacting support just generates an automated message saying suspicious activity without allowing further info on what is wrong.

Looking for any help we can get, we are in shock at the bad treatment with all work at loss right after switching from another cloud provider to Azure.

THANKS!
