Hi,

Windows 10 crash randomly on my laptop, twice a week, there is not blue screen, it just freeze for a few seconds and reboot.

After a very long time inverstigate, the issue may caused by TSL.

There is a event log:

A fatal error occurred while creating a TLS Client credential. The internal error state is 10013.

when try to fix this error, I turn on TLS 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 from Advanced of Internet Properties, then the laptop crash 5 times today, with only Chrome running.

I have tried everything to fix the TLS error but none of them can work.

https://windowsreport.com/fatal-error-occurred-while-creating-a-tls-client-credential/

so why would TLS crashes the whole system, when browsing with Chrome?

The process 572 is "Local Security Authority Process"

    Hello there,

"A fatal error occurred while creating a TLS client credential. The internal error state is 10013" occurs when the client and server cannot agree on a mutual cipher to use to establish a secure connection.

If you are having connectivity issues with a specific resource or internet site, for example, then you should review your TLS/SSL settings. These settings can be accessed by running inetcpl.cpl and going to Advanced > Scroll down to Security and note the TLS settings.

Here is a thread as well that discusses the same issue and you can try out some troubleshooting steps from this and see if that helps you to sort the Issue.
