May I transfer the passed certifications from Credly into Microsoft Learn?

I passed the exams and gained certifications for Micorosft Ofice Associate 2019. However, it was done through Certiport and my badges and certifications are viewed through Credly. One of the exams is already overdue. Is it possible to transfer the certifications and badges so they also are shown on the Microsoft Learn profile so they can be renewed? Thank you.
