Microsoft store version of python not working

Question

I was using python from the python website for a while but switched to the microsoft store version of it because I need it to intall packages and now for some reason python does not work at all. I am useing windows 11 and Ptyhon 3.11 I have tryed 3.10, and 3.9

1. Please verify that python install directory, bin, and lib-scripts should be to the top of WindowsApps directory
2. Go to Start -> then search -> Manage App Execution Aliases -> Click turn off
3. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
