Can't change text color in excel using window 11 on an Acer Aspire 3 laptop

Running Microsoft 365 Excel on an Aspire 3 laptop using windows 11. Cell text color is always black and can't be changed. Anyone got the fix?

    Please provide repro steps for this. I use Excel on Win11 without any issues. I'm stumped as to why a particular model of computer would remotely have any impact on formatting a column in Office. I suspect something else is going on. Be sure to walk us through the process step by step (or provide the starter Excel file) and clarify whether you're using Excel Online (and which browser if so) or the Windows client (or perhaps the old Store version). If you're using the Windows client then please tell us the version you're running.
