Visual Studio 2022 not all python settings show up

Hello,
I want to change some settings related to python formatting but I can't see the related settings in tool>options>text editor>python>formatting as is shown here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/python/formatting-python-code?view=vs-2022. There is no "show all settings" checkmark at bottom left. You can see what I see on my screen in attached image.

2023-02-04T22:30:36.5966667+00:00 btw i clicked repair button in visual studio installer and it didn't work. i tried to uninstall reinstall visual studio and it didn't work too.
