Need to edit my name for taking Azure 900 exam. Please help me on this as I need to the examination real quick!

I was up to take AZ 900 exam. But since I had missed out my last name, I was not allowed to take the exam. Please help me on editing my name as I need to complete my AZ900 certificate real quick!
