    Hello @Saber Hassan

If you are referring to using the Azure dedicated hosts feature in azure, you can directly use it without the need for using Hyper-V.
    More details:

Azure Dedicated Host is a service that provides physical servers able to host one or more virtual machines assigned to one Azure subscription. Dedicated hosts are the same physical servers used in our data centers, provided instead as a directly accessible hardware resource.
You can then place VMs directly into your provisioned hosts in whatever configuration best meets your needs.

    Hope this helps!

No, you cannot use Hyper-V to create and run virtual machines inside a VPS hosted by providers like Hostinger or most standard VPS hosts.

If you need to run Hyper-V and create your own virtual machines:

    • Choose a Dedicated Server or
    • Use a Cloud Provider like Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS that supports nested virtualization on specific VM types.

Hostinger VPS does not allow Hyper-V or nested virtualization. For running VMs inside your server, you'll need a dedicated environment or a specialized cloud VM that supports it.
