Hi all,

when I try to restore from backup on other iOS device I got only some accounts instead all.

I already got this problem in past releases, but with the one wich MS released in october this problem was fixed and I got this again.

Can you check please?

I think that a “synchro function” between device could be very useful, as a backup function that use OneDrive instead iCloud so se can synchronized Android devices too.

Thanks,

Andrea

    Hi,

Basically it is a good suggestion I will recommend sending your log files for diagnostics. Open the app, go to app’s top-level menu, and then select Send feedback. After that, go to the Microsoft Authenticator app forum and tell Microsoft the problem you're seeing and the steps you tried.

    Hope this helps.

With the update of the app released in these days the problem was fixed and restore from backup works perfectly!

I hope that in near future we can use OneDrive for syncing
