How to fix camera and microphone issue in vdi

I am running a windows 11 on my laptop and have vmware horizon client 8.7 installed but i can not access microphone and camera inside the VDI but is accessible on my laptop. VDI has windows 10 running on it

    Hello there,

    1. During your initial login to VDI, you'll be prompted to allow or disallow the use of your microphone or webcam. Click,

    Permit use of these devices.

    1. If you are not prompted for access or have device issues, click the black drop-down tab at the top of your screen.
    2. Select Preferences in the Citrix viewer.
    3. Click the Connections tab. Under Global Settings click the drop down for Preferred Webcam and select the webcam

    that is connected to the computer - either HP HD Camera or Integrated Webcam. Select Apply. Select OK.
