"An item for the same key has already beed added." SDL Trados, MemoQ and more app

Hello, I'm creating the translator API from the azure portal. I am trying to add this API as a plugin in applications such as SDL Trados, MemoQ. But this "An item for the same key has already been added." gives the error.

I have deleted and re-done many times, changed the key, but the result is the same.
